An urban renewal project at 105 Eilat Street in Holon, which includes the demolition of an existing 2-story building , which contains 8 existing housing units ,

In its place, a new 12-story building will be built , including approximately 96 new housing units.

The project is a clear example of focused urban renewal, in which environmental and planning renewal is carried out while improving the quality of living, adding new housing units and increasing the value of real estate in the area.

The architectural design of the project is being carried out by Studio Architects , with an emphasis on innovation, efficient planning, and a modern living environment for new and existing tenants.
