Renovating streets, building communities

Designing new lines in the city

Levinstein Nativ leads the world of urban renewal in Israel

The way we do it with you

Setting off on a journey together

The first stage of the renewal journey begins with creating a personal and professional connection between the developer and the project's residents. This is a fundamental stage in which trust is established, a shared understanding is built, and the principles of the agreement begin to be formulated. Together we examine the potential, listen to the needs, and create the basis for a true partnership.

Evacuation to an alternative apartment

At Urban Renewal, we take care of tenants every step of the way—from fully funded alternative rent, to round-trip transportation, to comfortable alternative living for the duration of construction. Every detail is planned in advance to ensure a smooth and safe transition, with minimal hassle and maximum peace of mind.

Demolition and quality execution

Levinstein Nativ carries out the projects itself – starting with the demolition of the old structure, through all stages of construction – with experienced professionals, close supervision, strict safety standards and precise adherence to schedules. We build with quality, not quantity.
